They put coverings down outside and inside to catch whatever hit the floor so it liked no one was ever there making a mess. They were very polite and ready to answer any questions I had. "Our experience with Alenco was wonderful! They have great customer service and communication and professional and efficient installers. We replaced our ugly fiberglass tub with a walk in shower and we love it! The installers ran into some unexpected complications during the process and were fantastic at communicating what needed to be done in order to finish the install (we needed to have some plumbing and electrical moved in order to be able to put in a shower pan). They texted me exactly what I needed to have a plumber and electrician take care of and even offered to help me find someone to do the work if I didn't know anyone. They were quick to get us back on the schedule to finish the project once we had the required things moved/fixed. All in all, a great experience even though it took longer to finish than initially planned. Would definitely recommend Alenco to anyone needing a shower remodel!"
