Professional service from start to finish
After having an old window inadvertently broken by a father/son contractor team (with 5 stars from Yelp reviews!), I began researching windows and installers again. As luck would have it, a neighbor recommended Alenco to me and in talking at length about her window project and how much more comfortable her place is now, and how her utility bill was better, I felt confident that Alenco would be a great choice for me too. I only needed two windows though and was afraid Alenco wouldn't bother with me but not only did they bother, they spent a generous amount of time discussing windows, their warranty, the installation process and also the price of course. I purchased the Solace window with a pvc frame, sashes, and a lifetime non-prorated transferable warranty. They weren't inexpensive but they appear to be of good quality and I do expect them to last, my lifetime at least. The tilt-in window feature is a joy to work with. I think they're helping to lessen my energy consumption, I haven't had them a year yet. Every person I interfaced with during and after the process was professional and efficient. Jacob (sales rep) sent me cookies, Joseph installed the windows quickly and made time to answer some questions and help me rehang the curtains. Do you remember when businesses almost universally had a human on the other end of a phone line when you called? I think if there is a problem with these windows in the future (don't foresee any), somebody's going to answer the phone at Alenco. In fact, Karen Smart has ensured that I have her name and contact information. Alenco is local and gives back to the community, which I appreciate. Support local businesses if you can.

Walk in Tub
My experience with Alenco was extrodinary from beginning to the end. After settling on a delivery date and time th the two installers arrived at 8:00 a.m. and we’re finished by 3:30 p. m. I really had no idea what to expect but this was above and beyond. They could not have been nicer and took time to answer any questions in addition to leaving my house spotless. I had absolutely nothing to clean up. We enjoy our tub and are very glad we got it. It really is fabulous and all the people involved were definitely a bonus.

Installation of 3 part kitchen window very efficiently done and work environment left neat and clean. Kyle also noticed right away that window shades installed wrong at windows. Replaced correctly. Very much appreciated!!

Awesome customer service and technissions
After having many quotes to get all seven of my windows replaced I finally decided to have Alenco replace my windows they came measure my windows and they came and installed my windows and we’re done in a very timely manner they were very clean and cleaned up after themselves and make sure I didn’t have any questions and I was very happy with everything before they left. And even after they were installed they called a week later to make sure everything was still good! Would recommend them highly to anyone that’s looking for great windows!
