Excellent installation!
I had a new shower installed. My installation was done by Tyler and Britany. They were both so nice and respectful of our house. They were so professional. They worked straight through an eleven hour installation. Alenco has an excellent backup team. When Tyler ran into an unexpected electrical wire, he called the office and they sent out and electrician to solve their problem. I was very impressed with expertise and knowledge of our installers. When the problem came up they called the main office but never stopped working and worked around it until it was solved. We are very happy with our new shower and would recommend Alenco to anyone wanting to upgrade their existing kitchen or bath.

Bathroom Remodel
The couple that came to do the demo and remodel (Alan and Charlotte) were wonderful! They were easy to have in my house and did excellent work. I give them a "10"!!! The salesperson did not make clear to us that we would be without our shower for 2 weeks.

After reviewing three different bids, my husband and I chose Alenco. New Doors

Windows
Today we had eight new windows installed and from the time the installers came to the time they left everything they were very professional and courteous. Installation went amazing. They showed both my husband and I how to use and operate the new windows. They even told us that we had a little bit of wood rot and they took care of it for us. Going forward if we have any other windows,doors or remodels, we will go with the Alenco. Thank you Scott and Mike for the great work you guys did!!!
