Kohler walk-in tub

I cannot say enough about Alenco and their EXCELLENT service from Karen S., to schedule an initial meeting with Bevin B, sales, to Matthew, installer of my Kohler walk-in bath. First, Kohler is a company business for 140 years in Wisconsin and all of their products top of the line. Bevin was very professional and answered all my questions plus gave me helpful hints to address my medical issues. Alemco kept me in the loop about updates and installation dates because of backlog due to Covid. Matthew P. and his brother-in-law as his assistant did an excellent installation and cleaned up everything.in May. I am extremely pleased and would give them 10 stars if it was available!!! Kudos to all at Alenco who made the purchase of my Kohler walk bath and installation such a wonderful experience!!! Keep up the excellent service and excellent installers! Mary Ormson
