The staff at Alenco are amazing! Due to an unfortunate situation this was my first home remodel. The consultation process with Marsha was painless. She understood the urgency of my situation and went above and beyond to locate available materials so I wouldn't have to wait for items to ship. Installers Pat and Wade were amazing as well. Very friendly and social guys who answered any questions or concerns I had. Pat walked me through the installation process and guaranteed the project would be done in 2 days, which it was. They were respectful of my house and cleaned their work areas each day of the install. Thank you all for giving me a great experience to an unfortunate issue. The conversion of my bathtub/shower to a walk-in shower is great. I love the end result and have received many compliments.
