Our installer was very professional and friendly. He explained the process well and the install was very professionally done with quality materials. We love our new full-size shower with safety bars!
Bathtub review
I had a new bathtub installed in my house and a new walk-in tub installed in my condo. Working with Alenco sales people was a pleasure and Zak did an outstanding job installing both tubs. I sold my house and I believe the new bathtub help to sell the house quickly. The walk-in tub is easy and fun to use. I would use Alenco again and would recommend any of their services. They have great customer service.
Quality product, poor communication
Very professional salesman. Ordered gutter protection with larger gutters for part of the house. Day after we ordered it, we decided to change colors for the gutter protection, salesman said not a problem since the factory had not started on our order. Long story short, took the installers 3 visits to finish and weeks longer than estimated. Also, installers did not clean up after themselves, still finding pieces of gutter in my yard (not just little clippings, large gutter chunks too). Nice product, but they fell short with communication within the company.
Windows & Siding
Sales experience with Jon was great like our first purchase. Window install was a little less than we expected, but follow up and service leveled the experience. Siding install went very well and looks great.
Total Satisfaction
I had Alenco place the E-shield in my attic along with new insulation. Nothing had been done to that part of the house since it was built in 1972. Wow! What a difference! I realized a great deal of savings in my heating and cooling bills that very first year! I have been recommending Alenco since then to all my friends, especially those with older homes. Thank you, Alenco, for a job well done and a wonderful, cost-saving offering to the consumers, like me!
Windows Look Beautiful!
We were worried about the new windows installation. They were the original old aluminum windows in a 65 year old, all brick two story. Lots of windows to replace and so lots of issues could arise. We had attended the Home Show in OP and checked out all the window companies in the KC area. We scheduled 5 or 6 appointments and decided on Alenco. When the crew arrived they were friendly and got right to work. We could tell they knew what they were doing and I don't recall one problem. They finished on time and everything looked great. We have had our windows over a year now and we love them. The price was also very competitive. What about the horsehair you might be wondering? Well, in this old house they had used horsehair to insulate. Who knew? Not us. But one of the installers pulled out some long braids of horsehair when removing the old windows. Is that HORSEHAIR we asked? It was kind of gross but we all got a good laugh and the windows look beautiful! I would highly recommend Alenco!

Quality, efficient, and professional yet friendly
Everyone with whom we came in contact at Alenco possessed these 4 qualities: Quality, Efficient, and Professional yet Friendly! The work was executed with employees who were polite and did exactly what our salesman had professed. We are so happy with the results and thankful for the line of credit Alenco was able to secure for us at 0% interest for two years. Without this we would not have been able to move forward with the project. Also, in renovating an old house, I have used many corporate, and, private contractors. A few of these well known businesses that are used frequently throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area were quick to sell me quality and guarantee the work and products. Buying into the "names" of A.B. May and "Leafguard" (to name a couple), I was left with deficiencies resulting in damage to the house and the need to rework many of the jobs they neglegently slapped together. Trust me when I say I'm really sceptical of everything when contracting out work on my house! I can say with ease, however, that Alenco delivered on all of their promissed! Thank you Alenco:)!
Great Product and Overall Experience
The staff at Alenco are very professional and thorough. From the sales staff, the project manager, the workers and the office staff. Their product is superior and the ongoing support second to none. We had a window that cracked, Alenco measured and ordered a new window and then arranged a date/time to install it. It's like it never happened and their was no additional cost to us. The bathroom needed the caulking replaced, I think my son's vigorous cleaning damaged the seal. Alenco came out inspected the issue and then arranged a date/time to come out and fix the problem.
A Tale of Two Doors
We had to replace our aging sliding glass doors that opened up to the backyard and deck. After reviewing numerous options with no inspiration, we decided to host a representative from Alenco. Our salesperson graciously went through every detail and answered every question we had come up with. And after reviewing the amazing products and the service that would be provided, it really was an easy decision. Coupled with the simple financing we needed, it was a perfect match. The installation was fast and convenient and now we get to enjoy looking out our beautiful doors. Matching windows are next on the list. Thank you Alenco
