New windows
Two very nice men showed up, replaced my windows, was very helpful with explaning what and how they were going to do things. They were very neat and cleaned up all the areas they worked in. Removed all the trash and even offered to help me put my window coverings back up. Very professional.
New front door
This was a very positive experience for me. Starting with the initial contact at Sam’s Club all the way thru to instillation. I was updated on the project at all important intervals and every person I had contact with was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I will have them back to replace my sliding patio door.
Window
Very pleased. I am warmer with the new window and I don't hear traffic noise anymore.
What was old is new again
Alenco did a wonderful job replacing my 60+ year old bath with a new walk-in enclosure. The installers were on time, finished before I expected, and cleaned up afterwards. And now I have a beautiful bathroom! Couldn't be happier.

Installers
They put in 6 windows and sliding patio door all in about 6 1/2 hrs. very pleased. They were very nice, and considerate by taking there shoes off when walking through our home.
Simply Amazing!
My husband and I had the greatest installers, Joseph and Laton! They arrived on time and completed a full home install of windows in a day. What set them apart from other workers we have had at our home was the simply nice things they did beyond what was required of them. On the backside of our home we had nails that were hanging out from the siding and they kindly hammered them in. It made my heart fill good that they understood the care that we have for our home and treated ours like their own homes. They knew their product and made sure we were comfortable while they worked in the freezing cold to replace all of our windows. If and when we decide to have more work done at our home, there will be no question that we will have Alenco do the work.
Great job
We had Alenco involved with the replacement of all the windows in our house. They were on time, professional and did everything we asked, to include installation while we were out of town. Truly appreciate the work they did and looking forward to our next gas bill.
