Windows
Today we had eight new windows installed and from the time the installers came to the time they left everything they were very professional and courteous. Installation went amazing. They showed both my husband and I how to use and operate the new windows. They even told us that we had a little bit of wood rot and they took care of it for us. Going forward if we have any other windows,doors or remodels, we will go with the Alenco. Thank you Scott and Mike for the great work you guys did!!!
Iron Ore Siding Install
We are very happy with the Alenco team. We contacted six siding vendors and were almost ready to pick one when I noticed the Alenco sign in Sam’s Club and decided to make an appointment. I’m so glad I did!! The quality of the Alenco siding, the amazing warranty, and expertise of the installers is bar none. Everyone we worked with at Alenco was professional and caring. The crew doing the work, from tear down and installation, were efficient, and they organized the material and equipment at the end of each day. Despite lots of spring rain the work was completed lightening fast. We also had our gutters and downspouts replaced by Alenco as well. The team who performed this service was just as efficient and professional as the siding team. While Alenco may not have been the lowest quote, their rates did remain competitive, the quality of their product and work is excellent, their warranty is the best around, and their customer service is exceptional. We highly recommend this team and the are very happy with the final product. Thanks again!
Shower remodel
Tyler and Brittney were fabulous. Very professional but not stuffy, respectful but not phony, VERY competent and hard working. We are extremely pleased with our shower. When we are ready to do our other shower we will ask for them specifically.
Installing sliding door
From the beginning until the end, every procedure are professional. The result what I get is more than what I aspected. If I happened to do any other renovation of my house, my first contact would be with Alenco.
Back door
Excellent experience. Installation was done in a timely and comprehensive manner. Extra care was taken to ensure complete satisfaction with job. The door that was installed was of excellent quality, and the final result was exactly what was promised. You get what you pay for, and after this experience, we will not use anyone else moving forward should we need doors / windows in the future. Great work!
